The short answer is no. You are free to use our services on an ad-hoc basis. You will still get the great service our members receive, however, you will not be able to access the host of member-benefits such as special offers from our partners, special rates or the reminder service.

Yes, any one of our services can be used independently.

If you use our services regularly it makes your life much easier if we key hold for you, so you do not need to arrangements everytime you use us. It also comes with the added benefit that if you lock yourself out or lose your keys, we are always on hand with a spare.

However, if you’re not immediately comfortable with this, we will always make alternative arrangements that impact on you as minimally as possible.

Absolutely, we have a range of packages available for gift certificates. You are not limited to what you see, we’d be happy to customise a package just for you. Just ask us for more details.
