Having lost my previous cleaner, and only having found the number for TLC Home through the Yellow Pages, I was really impressed with the swift response time. My cleaner came and was introduced to me personally before she started to clean, and since she has been cleaning for me I have been very happy with the service. After the first clean, I got a phone call to make sure I had been happy with the results, and my feedback was passed on to the cleaner so that she could make any amends needed for future cleans. I was especially impressed with the small touches, like the chocolates on the pillow. When my cleaner wasn't well, a replacement was organised without me needing to do anything about it, and the standard of cleaning has remained the same.
